    Pengaruh Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Perempuan Pada Osbond Gym Palembang

    This research aims to determine the Effect of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy on Customer Satisfaction Woman at Osbond Gym Palembang. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula so that the total number of 93 samples was aimed at respondents who exercised at Osbond Gym Palembang. Data retrieval was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis method used in this study is the multiple regression analysis method with the application of SPSS Statistics 23. The study's results based on a partial test (t-test) showed that tangible significantly affected customer satisfaction with a signification value of 0.038 < 0.05. Reliability significantly affected customer satisfaction with a signification value of 0,000 < 0.05. Responsiveness substantially affects customer satisfaction with a signification value of 0.027 < 0.05. Assurance significantly affected customer satisfaction, with a signification score of 0.012 < 0.05. Empathy substantially impacted customer satisfaction with a signification value of 0,000 < 0.05 tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in the simultaneous test (F test) together significantly impacted customer satisfaction with a signification value of 0,000 < 0.05. The Coefficient of Determination test result was obtained by Adjusted R Square of 0.444, which showed that the dependent variable (Y) of 60.2% was influenced by the independent variable (X). The remaining 39.8% was affected by factors yet to be studied in this study.    Keywords: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, dan Emphaty Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Perempuan Pada Osbond Gym Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah keseluruhan sampel sebanyak 93 sampel yang ditujukkan kepada responden yang berolahraga pada Osbond Gym Palembang. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS Statistics 23. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa tangible berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,038 < 0,05. reliabilty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Responsiveness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,027 < 0,05. Assurance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,012 < 0,05 dan Emphaty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty dalam uji simultan (uji F) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai siginifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil uji Koefisien Determinasi diperoleh Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,444. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel dependen (Y) sebesar 60,2% dipengaruhi variabel independen (X), sedangkan 39,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang belum diteliti dalam penelitian ini.   Kata Kunci: Berwujud, Keandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Empati &nbsp

    FACTORS INFLUENCED PADDY FARMERS TO USE OR NOT USE ORGANIC FERTILIZERS IN SOUTH SUMATERA, INDONESIA

    Rice farming in the tidal wetland require specific cultivation techniques. The using of anorganic fertilizers can cause soil damage and loss of production. One way to minimize the loss was by introducing the use of organic fertilizer to improve the soil fertility.  This research tries to elaborate the probability of farmers to use the organic fertilizer under some factors influence in a case tidal wetland at South Sumatera, Indonesia.This research aimed to analyze factors influenced paddy farmers to use or not use organic fertilizer.  This research implemented in 9 villages, 5 districts in Banyuasin as one of tidal wetland in South Sumatera.  Techniques used in the sampling of this research is randomly layered unbalanced. Population farmers grouped into paddy farmers who had already used organic fertilizers, either fully or semi-organic, and only used inorganic fertilizers.The probability of rice farmers to use or not use organic fertilizers is affected by some aspects could be value by binary choice model or Logit Model.  The results showed that the land size, experiences, a ratio of fertilizer to rice price were significantly affect chances of paddy farmers to use organic fertilizers in the tidal wetland. 

    DDoS Attacks Detection Method Using Feature Importance and Support Vector Machine

    In this study, the author wants to prove the combination of feature importance and support vector machine relevant to detecting distributed denial-of-service attacks. A distributed denial-of-service attack is a very dangerous type of attack because it causes enormous losses to the victim server. The study begins with determining network traffic features, followed by collecting datasets. The author uses 1000 randomly selected network traffic datasets for the purposes of feature selection and modeling. In the next stage, feature importance is used to select relevant features as modeling inputs based on support vector machine algorithms. The modeling results were evaluated using a confusion matrix table. Based on the evaluation using the confusion matrix, the score for the recall is 93 percent, precision is 95 percent, and accuracy is 92 percent. The author also compares the proposed method to several other methods. The comparison results show the performance of the proposed method is at a fairly good level in detecting distributed denial-of-service attacks. We realized this result was influenced by many factors, so further studies are needed in the future

Produk ini diproduksi oleh berbagai tipe usaha mulai dari mikro, kecil, dan menengah (SMEs). Dalam program ini, dipilih mitra usaha kecil Pempek yang ada di kawasan sentra Pempek 26 Ilir dan 2 Ulu Palembang.  Mitra usaha memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan.  Sama halnya dengan pengusaha pempek lainnya, perhatian mitra terhadap kemasan sangat kurang.Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pembaharuan kemasan (packaging innovation).     Scheduling has a division of time based on a work sequence arrangement plan in the form of a list or table of activities or an activity plan with a detailed division of implementation time which is very necessary in carrying out institutional/company business processes. It is important to note the complexity of the process in scheduling appropriate subjects from various perspectives, both teachers, students and classrooms. Provision of teacher teaching schedules based on abilities in the field of subjects, suitable time each semester is very important to consider for very complex schedule arrangements, the number of classrooms that can be used in teaching activities is relatively small, and preventing teacher teaching conflicts so that the need for optimization of eye scheduling lesson to be made. Furthermore, at the stage of application development using the Waterfall method. The purpose of this research is to build a lesson scheduling application at SMPIT Mufidatul Ilmi by applying the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to compile lesson schedules. Particle Swarm Optimization is a population-based algorithm that exploits individuals in search. In PSO the population is called a swarm and individuals are called particles. Each particle moves at a speed adapted from the search area and stores it as the best position ever achieved. Design analysis includes Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD).     APLIKASI PENGENALAN ALAT MUSIK TRADISIONAL SUMATERA SELATAN MENGGUNAKAN TEKNOLOGI AUGMENTED REALITY

    South Sumatra has several traditional musical instruments in the form of Burdah OKU, Gong, Kolintang, Flute, Gambus, Trumpet, Weaving, Genggong, Tambourine, Kenong Basemah. In this research, an application for recognizing traditional South Sumatran musical instruments has been designed and implemented by utilizing Augmented Reality technology. Augmented Reality is a combination of real objects and virtual objects that run interactively in real time. With the existence of technology in the form of Augmented Reality, it will facilitate the process of recognizing information and displaying objects of traditional musical instruments in South Sumatra. This research aims to help reintroduce residents to increase their knowledge of traditional musical instruments in South Sumatra. The software development method used to design and implement traditional musical instrument recognition applications is the Rational Unified Process method. Application testing is carried out using black-box testing and user testing. User testing was carried out by distributing questionnaires at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Marfu'ah to grade 5 students. User satisfaction testing was calculated using a Likert scale and the results of the questionnaire questions obtained had a final score of 91% which was included in the strongly agree categor

    Employee Performance Based on Contribution of WFH, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Culture at Bagian Umum Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Kota Kupang

    The purpose of this research is to analyze and prove the effect of WFH, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted for 5 months (January-May 2022) at the General Secretariat of the Kupang City Government. This research is classified as a quantitative study using a confirmative verification (associative) survey method. The research population was 105 employees whose sample was determined based on the census technique (saturated sample) so the sample was 105 respondents. The type of research data consists of primary data and secondary data. Techniques to obtain data using questionnaires (Likert scale), interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis (partial test and simultaneous test). The results showed that the variables of WFH, organizational commitment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. This is because the entire t-count value obtained by each variable is greater than the t-table and also the F-count is greater than the F-table with a significance value less than 0.05. The results of this study also show the contribution of the WFH variable to employee performance by 67.9%, organizational commitment to employee performance by 55.8%, and organizational culture to employee performance by 49%. Simultaneously, the contribution of WFH, organizational commitment, and organizational culture to employee performance is 74%. Based on the results of this study, the biggest contribution to employee performance is the implementation of the WFH policy, followed by organizational commitment, and organizational culture

    Global technological progress requires English as a second language to be learned after Indonesian. Introduces English to children from an early age will facilitate the process of adapting itself to the advancement of information technology which requires knowledge of the English language in the future. Introduce English language in early childhood is not easy, at this time the child is more likely to want to play than the study. The most appropriate way to introduce English to young children is through an interactive game with the look and sound that contain words, numbers, and objects in the English language. Research took the example of the introduction of English language in early childhood in TAMAN KANAK-KANAK ANNISA. Recognition method used was still manually, use English textbooks and teaching aids in the form of images and text. Methods of data collection research are done by direct observation to study sites and interviews to the principal, teachers, and parents. Educational game application designed and constructed using analysis method waterfall, as well as applied to the smartphone and tablet android devices. The research concludes that very educational game to help teachers and parents as teaching media to introduce the English language. Results of the study suggest that applications can be continuously developed to achieve better results.Key words : Educational Game, English Language, Learning

    Latar belakang penelitian ini berdasarkan fenomena, dimana hampir semua Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) di Palembang mengalami penurunan dalam penerimaan mahasiswa dan kolab/tutup. Penyebabnya adalah Pemerintah membebaskan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) menerima mahasiswa tanpa batasan dengan berbagai jalur, banyak berdiri PTS dan adanya kuliah jarak jauh. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui, mengkaji dan menganalisis formulasi strategi PR dalam menciptakan nilai yang berimplikasi pada PMB. Metode penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif, bersifat eksploratory research dan pendekatan induktif. Sumber datanya melalui observasi dan wawancara ke sivitas akademika UPGRI, asosiasi dan expert judgement. Hasil analisis dan interpretasi atas temuan data terkait penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis SWOT PR menghasilkan beberapa alternatif strategi, sedangkan formulasi strategi pemasaran relasional dalam upaya menciptakan nilai pelanggan di UPGRI Palembang masih belum sepenuhnya dilakukan. UPGRI yang berupaya untuk menciptakan nilai dengan cara merubah pola pemasaran transaksional ke relasional yang mengacu pada elemen pemasaran, pelayanan dan kualitas. Strategi PR yang sudah diimplementasikakan dalam kegiatan promosi UPGRI sudah terbukti dapat meningkatkan PMB sebesar 30% dimana pelaksanaan strategi tersebut belum sepenuhnya digunakan dalam kegiatan pemasaran, dan UPGRI sendiri masih tetap menggunakan strategi pemasaran transaksional walaupun hanya 20% yang dgunakan untuk awareness. UPGRI juga berusaha untuk menciptakan nilai dari penggunakan strategi PR dengan cara menggunakan taktik NICE (network, interaction, common interest dan experience).
